Conditioning Concepts is a unique power(wattage) based endurance exercise program that specializes in Indoor Cycling and Indoor Rowing programs for fitness enthusiasts of all levels.

Power-based training is the new science of fitness technology. Power output (measured in watts) is the most direct and most accurate measure of the “real” effort put into a workout and is a major determinant of performance in many sports. The availability of power meter technology now makes it possible to accurately quantify training load for Indoorance activities like cycling and rowing, in the same way that you know exactly how much weight you are lifting on an exercise in the gym.
As an avid cyclist, I have always considered the bicycle to be the ultimate piece of exercise equipment.
