Conveniently located in a private street level loft in the heart of Soho, ANATOMICALLY CORRECT combines individualized training programs on state-of-the-art equipment with the knowledge, experience and focus of expert trainer MIKE CREAMER.

Mike has over fifteen years experience in the business and he excels in the Art of Personal Training. He is a former rugby player, competitive bodybuilder and powerlifter turned avid cyclist. He is a certified USA Cycling coach.
Mike brings to bear his more than twenty years of experience training and competing in both strength and more recently, endurance sports, to help his clients achieve their own fitness goals, whatever they may be.

Mike doesn't just "talk the talk" but actively practices what he preaches and teaches his clientele. In addition to cycling and weightlifting another of Mike's favorite fitness activities is training on the Concept2 Indoor Rower, which he considers "the ultimate exercise for simultaneously developing muscular power and endurance and aerobic fitness".
